At least 300 people turned out to celebrate companies including Amazon for its new fulfillment Center in Tracy with more than 1,000 employees, Trinchero Family Estates for a $300 million expansion of its Lodi winery and Delicato Family Vineyards, the Manteca- area winery that has been here for more than 90 years.

The annual Report is now online at the San Joaquin Partnership website. "We still see the same trends," Ammann said. "The trends of folks migrating east out of the East Bay and out of the Bay Area." "This manufacturing trend investment should continue with the implementation of "California Competes" incentives in 2014 that are focused on attracting manufacturing jobs," Ammann writes in the annual report.
