STEAM Programs at the Keyes Library

Join the Keyes Library for two STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) programs during the month of May. Each program is recommended for children ages 10-14.

First, join the library for Snap Circuits on Tuesday, May 10 at 3 p.m. During this program, children will learn about electricity and assemble electrical circuits to power a voice changer and other fun toys.

Children can then come to the library for Magnets and Electricity on Tuesday, May 17 at 3 p.m. During this program, participants will also build electric circuits to create an electromagnetic field.

These programs are supported in whole or in part by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in California by the State Librarian. For more information, please call the Keyes Library at 664-8006.
